"Tracking basically stopped updating"
My tracking just sat there for days with no real update, I reached out and still didn’t get a clear answer. I still have no idea where my order is, it’s been frustrating. I don’t think I’d order from them again

I couldn’t really make sense of the return policy because it felt confusing and unclear. I also expected a faster response when I reached out for help, so the whole process was a bit frustrating.
"Fit Didn’t Meet My Usual Standard"
I ordered a pair of boots from Cowpokes Online in the same size I always wear, but the fit was really off for me. I’m particular about boots because I expect them to at least feel decent right out of the box, and these just didn’t. They pinched my toes and started rubbing my heel within about 10 minutes. I couldn’t see myself wearing them for any real amount of time. Definitely not comfortable, and for me, not worth the hassle.

"Decent overall, but the photos could be better"
It seemed like a nice item, but I had a hard time figuring out exactly what I was getting from the photos. The angles didn’t show much detail, and the colors looked a bit different than I expected. Not terrible, just not super helpful when you’re trying to shop with confidence

I went on there hoping to find a few western brands I usually buy, but there was barely anything. The selection felt kind of weak to me, like not much choice was there, so in the end I just left without ordering

I checked out cowpokesonline.com during one of their sales, the discounts really weren’t that impressive. A few things still felt expensive even after the markdown, and some prices looked almost the same as regular. I just didn’t feel like there was much value there, so I probably wouldn’t bother waiting around for their sales again.

"Disappointing quality and more hassle than expected"
I was let down by this. The material felt cheap right away, and the stitching looked rough in a few spots. I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, but I also didn’t expect to feel stressed out dealing with quality issues as soon as I got it. Just kind of frustrating overall

"The order showed up on time, so..."
The order showed up on time, so no complaints there. But the product just didn’t feel totally authentic to me. I’m not trying to accuse anyone or act like I’m an expert, but the tags and packaging looked different from the ones I’ve bought in-store before. Maybe it was just a different batch or something, but I didn’t feel comfortable keeping it. Customer service did reply, to be fair, but they weren’t very helpful. I’d probably think twice before ordering again...

The box showed up crushed, and the tape was barely holding on. it felt like whoever packed it just didn’t care. Everything inside looked like it had been tossed around during shipping, which was really frustrating.

"Confusing and frustrating support"
I had a problem with my order trying to get it sorted out was such a hassle. I kept getting slow replies, and half the time I wasn’t even sure if anyone had actually read what I wrote. I had to explain the same issue over and over, which just made the whole thing more confusing and frustrating. It still didn’t end in a way I’m happy with, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

"Pretty disappointed with my order"
I wasn’t too happy with this purchase. The shipping took way longer than I expected, and the replies from customer service felt poor. When the boots finally arrived, they just didn’t feel like they were worth the money. Overall, not the “great buy” I was hoping for.

I ordered a pair of boots from cowpokesonline.com, and when they showed up, one of them had a strange dent in the toe and the stitching was already starting to come loose. The box was totally fine, so it really didn’t seem like something that happened during shipping.
I emailed them photos and had to wait several days just to get a response. Then they said I’d need to pay for return shipping, which rubbed me the wrong way since the boots arrived messed up. Kind of feels like one of those hidden-cost situations where you don’t find out until there’s a problem. I won’t be ordering from them again

"Way too pricey for what you actually get"
I ordered from Cowpokes Work & Western thinking the quality would line up with the higher prices, but it didn’t feel worth it. The item itself was fine, nothing awful, but nothing special either. And this is where it got annoying: once the shipping and item cost were added together, the total felt way too high for what showed up. I’ve definitely seen similar stuff for less elsewhere, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

Ordering was kind of a pain. The checkout kept glitching on me, and I wasn’t always sure if my order had actually gone through until I checked my email for the receipt. It all worked out in the end, but the process felt more confusing than it should have.

"Not much choice in styles"
I went in looking for a new pair of boots, but the selection felt limited. The weird part is, there were technically plenty of boots around, but so many of them looked almost exactly the same.
The few styles I actually liked were either sold out or not available in my size. Maybe I just came at the wrong time, but I was expecting more variety and ended up leaving without buying anything.

I reached out to support and I’m still waiting to hear back. The most frustrating part is that there’s been no real human contact at all, just silence. I don’t mind waiting a bit, but it would be nice to at least know someone is actually looking into it.
